Coming to MH has been great

I signed up to Mandy Hopper Performance to improve my netball game play technique wise, get stronger, and to learn how to properly strengthen and recover from injuries. After being at MH for a year and a half I’ve seen so many differences. I am so strong and proud of myself with how far I’ve gotten. My netball performance has gotten so much better, especially with my footwork and jumping. And I feel so confident in my body through a different netball state. A few things that are amazing about MH is how motivating all the people who are there are, you can walk in one day feeling not the best and you will leave feeling amazing (as far as working out goes). I always have a fun time in the gym

I joined MH performance as I was struggling with confidence both on and off court. This program has definitely helped me feel stronger, I feel myself being able to jump higher and handle the physicality of the game with more strength. I enjoy seeing my teammates each week and working alongside them off court. I’ve always felt very supported and encouraged by Sarah and the other trainers. I always have a fun time in the gym while also achieving my goals. I feel happier and more comfortable with in my body and more confident in my ability on court.
