After just finishing the self-guided 12-week protocol I couldn't recommend Lewis and the MH team more

Prior to starting the program I had definitely hit a plateau with my training and was overall not feeling my best. After 12 weeks, I not only achieved my goal of building muscle and losing fat beyond my expectations, but my skin underwent a total transformation too.
